At Fusion – Your Mountain Getaway, we pride ourselves on offering the best care to our guests. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures. Our policies have been designed to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience with us.


SPA AMBIENCE: Quiet voices are requested and appreciated. We ask that you do not use your cell phone while in the spa as not to disturb guests around you. We are also a scent-free environment.

BOOKINGS: – Bookings can be made online, over the phone, through email or in person. Please note online bookings are requests only must be approved by FUSION. We will require a credit card number at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

ARRIVAL: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you have enough time to check in, slow down and relax before your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment since it will end as scheduled, so the next guest is not delayed. Should this happen, your service will be charged at full price.

CHILDREN: For the relaxation and enjoyment of all guests, children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the spa. Those 4 and up are welcome as long as they are receiving a service with parent or guardian.

CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING OR NO-SHOW: We hope you do not need to cancel, but if you must or need to reschedule, we would require notice as follows; Our cancelation/rescheduling policy is 24 hours prior to treatment for individuals and 72 hours for parties of 4 or more. Failure to cancel, reschedule with the cancellation period or a no-show will incur the full charge of services to the card that was provided at booking.

BEHAVIOUR:  Inappropriate and rude behavior will NOT be tolerated. The team at FUSION are dedicated professional spa providers and aestheticians. We reserve the right to terminate treatments and services and refuse future services if guests make inappropriate comments, suggestions or advances to any member of our team.

RETURNS: Due to health and sanitary purposes we are unable to return or exchange any opened product unless it is a manufacture defect. Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase with appropriate proof of purchase.

PACKAGES: All services offered in the package must be performed on the same day and cannot be altered or changed.

GIFT CARDS: Fusion is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

EXTENDED HEALTH: As we are a spa setting not clinical, we DO NOT have registered massage therapist on staff and do not offer receipts for insurance purposes.
